Frozen Piña Colada Slushie

Ingredients

• 1 bottle (750ml) The Good Cocktail Co Pina Colada Mixer
• 100ml cold water
• 250ml white or coconut rum
  
• Pineapple slice (to garnish)

Method

1. Add the Pina Colada Mixer, water, rum to a slushie machine and freeze according to the machine instructions until a smooth slush forms.
   
2. Pour the slushie into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice.

This recipe uses our Pina Colada Mixer made with real pineapple and coconut.
