Strawberry Daiquiri & Passionfruit Martini Swirl Slushie

Why choose one flavour when you can have two?

This frozen swirl combines our fruity Strawberry Daiquiri Mixer with our tropical Passionfruit Martini Mixer for a seriously fun summer slushie.

The trick to getting those colourful layers? Make each flavour separately, then alternate them as you pour.

What you'll need

Passionfruit Martini Slushie

To garnish

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh passionfruit

You'll also need: A dual-tank slushie machine or two separate slushie machines, so you can prepare both flavours at the same time.

Method

  1. Add the Daiquiri Mixer and 200ml cold water to one side of your slushie machine.
  2. In the second tank or machine, combine the Passionfruit Martini Mixer with 250ml cold water.
  3. Slush each flavour separately until both are smooth and frozen.
  4. Now for the fun part! Pour a little Strawberry Daiquiri slushie into each glass, followed by a layer of Passionfruit Martini.
  5. Continue alternating between the two flavours to create colourful strawberry and passionfruit swirls.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries or passionfruit and serve straight away.

Make it your own

Want more of a swirl than defined layers? Gently run a straw or spoon through the two flavours once they're in the glass. Don't overmix – you still want to see those gorgeous pops of pink and yellow.

You can serve it completely alcohol-free, making it a great frozen option for summer entertaining.

Prefer a cocktail? You can also turn each flavour into an alcoholic slushie before layering – just follow the recommended instructions for your frozen drinks machine when adding alcohol.
