The Good Cocktail Co. Strawberry Daiquiri Slushi by Ninja

Ingredients:

• 1 cup fresh strawberries
• Splash of lime juice
• 4 shots (120ml) white rum
• ½ bottle The Good Cocktail Co. Strawberry Daiquiri Mixer
• Ice
• Sugar or cocktail rim seasoning
• Lime wedge, to garnish

Method:
Blend the fresh strawberries with a splash of lime juice, then strain to remove the seeds for a perfectly smooth finish. Add the strawberry purée, white rum and half a bottle of The Good Cocktail Co. Strawberry Daiquiri Mixer to your Ninja blender. Set to Frozen Cocktail mode and let the machine work its magic. Rim your glass with sugar or cocktail seasoning for an extra twist, pour in your daiquiri and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
