Method

Garnishing the glass:

Pour a little agave syrup on to a plate, in another plate sprinkle shredded coconut

Run the rim of the glasses through the agave syrup, then the coconut to rim the glass.
- Put ice, margarita cocktail mixer + coconut milk into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses + garnish with pineapple wedges.
