Ingredients: 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into quarters 85ml Good Cocktail Co. Mojito Mixer 30ml white rum Mint leaves Soda water Ice cubes Garnish: Lime wedge Method: Add the kiwi pieces, Good Cocktail Co. Mojito Mixer, white rum, and a handful of ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Stir in a few mint leaves and top up with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
