The Good Cocktail Co. Blackforest Cosmo

Ingredients:

- 35ml crème de cacao

- 85ml Good Cocktail Co. Cosmo Mixer

- 15ml crème de cassis

Chocolate Cream:

- 30ml chocolate-flavoured Baileys liqueur

- 50ml whipping cream

Method:

Whip the chocolate-flavoured Baileys and whipping cream together until lightly aerated, keeping a pouring consistency. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, add crème de cacao, Good Cocktail Co. Cosmo Mixer, and crème de cassis. Shake. Strain into a glass and top with the chocolate cream. Garnish with grated chocolate.
