The Good Cocktail Co. Christmas Bellinis
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 85ml Good Cocktail Co.
Cosmo Mixer
- Champagne
- Garnish: Fresh or frozen raspberries
Method:
In a blender, combine frozen mango, Good Cocktail Co. Cosmo Mixer, and a splash of soda water. Blend until smooth. Scoop 2 tablespoons of mango mixture into each champagne flute. Top up with champagne and stir to combine. Garnish with 3 raspberries in each flute.
