The Good Cocktail Co. Kiwifruit Mojito

Ingredients:

- Kiwis peeled and cut into

halves or quarters

-85ml Good Cocktail Co. Mojito Mixer

- 30ml white rum

- Mint leaves

- Soda water

- Ice

- Garnish: Lime

Method:

Place peeled kiwifruit pieces, rum, ice and Good Cocktail Co. Mojito Mixer in a blender. Pour the mixture into glasses and stir in mint leaves. Top up with soda water if desired.
